Privacy notice for applicants

When you apply for a role with Your Recruiter, we collect what you send us (your name, email, phone and resume) and what you tell us during screening (answers to screening questions and, if you take one, the recording and transcript of an AI interview).

How we use it

To review your application for this role and for similar roles we think may suit you, to contact you about them, and, with your agreement, to share your profile with the employer we're recruiting for. AI tools help us compare your experience with the role's requirements; people on our team make every decision.

Who sees it

Our recruiting team, the hiring company when we put you forward, and the service providers that run our recruiting software, email and AI tools, only to do that work. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's useful for matching you with roles, and no longer than you want us to.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing jobs@youritrecruiter.com. We'll confirm within 30 days.
